I’ve had two other pedometers in the past three years. The problem with most of the cheaper models is that they count almost every movement as a step. You can wear this one all day like I do, and be sure the step count and aerobic step counts are accurate. This is a very high quality meter that gives you total number of steps, aerobic steps, mileage and calories burned… and will store all this information for 7 days so that you can see your progress from day to day. Highly recommended.
What I find interesting is that the sole fact that I have this pedometer to play with made me walk much more than I used to before. I’m walking towards my 10,000 steps goal now.

haha it’s surely funny to see how much one walks in 1 year…
I used to work at a huge retail store where you had to be on your feet for 12-hours. Some of the workers got pedometers and were shocked to see how many miles they walked in a day. It actually felt like we walked a lot further.

Interesting gadget, the pedometer. I once had a mobile phone that had incorporated a pedometer, but it wasn’t so accurate. It was fun to play with it, and see how many steps i make in a day, but if you really want to track your steps, better go with a professional one.
